Each app stores data locally on your device only:

Cadence

• Habits: names, icons, colours, frequencies, and completion history
• Daily tasks: titles, descriptions, due dates, priorities, and completion status
• Mood entries: mood ratings, emoji selections, and optional notes
• App settings: your preferences such as theme and notification settings

Waypoint

• Exercises: names, muscle groups, equipment, and custom exercise data
• Workout plans: your weekly schedules and plan history
• App settings: your preferences and onboarding choices

This data is stored using your device's local storage and is never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact details
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioural data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data transmitted off-device

Our apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data processing services. No data is shared with third parties.

7. Notifications

If you enable reminders, our apps use your device's local notification system to schedule alerts. This is handled entirely on-device. No notification content or scheduling data is sent to any external server.

Our apps do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. As no data is collected from any user, the apps are safe for general use. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, please contact us.

Because all data remains on your device, its security depends on your device's own settings, like screen lock and encryption. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a screen lock to protect your information.

If you delete an app, all data stored by that app will be permanently removed from your device.
